The AMPI Joven Committee supports young professionals in real estate by helping them become experts in the field through the organization of national and international events, training programs, and networking opportunities to share advice and experiences.

What area do you represent from now on?
I am the liaison for AMPI Joven Los Cabos. My role is to encourage Real Estate Agents to join and become professionalized through AMPI—providing training, education, and guidance on crucial topics such as the Asset Forfeiture Law, Anti-Money Laundering regulations, NOM-247, and many other areas that new agents often don’t know about. Sometimes, the absence of a mentor or guide can lead to mistakes that bring legal consequences. From my perspective, supporting young people in joining the association means giving them a better path and stronger guidance.

Why did you choose to represent the community of Young Real Estate Agents?
That’s a deeply personal question. It takes me back to the Adrián of 2014—a 24-year-old without guidance or a mentor, someone who had a project approved but lacked business knowledge and experience. Not having someone to say, “This is the way to go,” led me to make mistakes. I often asked God, “Why?” And now I know why.
For me, guiding young people means revisiting my past. Seeing a young Real Estate Agent struggling or not seeing results reminds me of that younger version of myself. And from a place of compassion, I want to help them—just as someone once helped me.
